Repulsorchute Escapes found use on Drone ore shuttles. Functioning as a primitive form of parachute, they incorporated repulsorlift engines affixed to their wings, serving as a backup escape mechanism for atmospheric ejections.

Following the events of the Great Sith War, escape pods superseded them.
