Elphrona aurodium mine
An aurodium mine existed on the planet Elphrona, specifically in Grid 24B-30. In the time of the High Republic Era, one of the Er'kit miners named Freeno, who was among those prospecting for the mineral aurodium, unearthed a significant kantak crystal within the mine. He then tried to extract the crystal using his rockspanner. However, his actions triggered a cave-in. Freeno managed to get out of the collapsed mine with assistance from the Jedi Loden Greatstorm and Bell Zettifar.
Behind the scenes
This mine was featured in "Set For Life," a narrative penned by Charles Soule and published in The High Republic Adventures Annual 2021. The comic's release date was December 15, 2021.
