Donovan, a high-ranking officer within the Galactic Republic, held a post on the planet Quesh. After the Safecrackers found themselves caught in a precarious situation deep within enemy territory, Donovan informed the captain of Havoc Squad about his strategy to extract them from the clutches of the Imperial Command Bunker.
