Diplomatic corps (Chiss Ascendancy)

The primary diplomatic arm of the Chiss Ascendancy was the Diplomatic corps. On occasion, Chiss envoys would be accompanied by a security detail from the Chiss Expansionary Defense Fleet, or by an ozyly-esehembo who would act as a guide.
