In the course of the Lioaoin skirmish, Caregiver Mitth'ali'astov, whose core name was "Thalias," violated these standing orders by providing sky-walker Che'ri with an explanation of the breacher missiles and triangulation observation areas present on the Expansionary Defense Fleet vessel called the Springhawk.
