Crescent Canyon Ortolan outpost

On the frozen world of Hoth, found within the planet category, a settlement was built into the cliffs of Crescent Canyon by a number of Ortolan colonists, who then ceded dominion of this outpost to the Republic upon the arrival of the Republic Military there.
