During the initial period of the Galactic Empire, Bisad Koong, the Governor overseeing the Tawntoom province on Roon, possessed a cloudcraft. In 15 BBY, Mungo Baobab acquired this vessel and utilized it in his quest across Roon to locate the origin of the Roonstones.
