Choke-collar

Choke-collars, outlawed implements utilized by lawbreakers and those working for Imperial Intelligence, existed during the era of the Alliance to Restore the Republic's inception. This apparatus was placed around a person's throat; upon activation, it would tighten, resulting in the wearer's death. A safety measure was included; the collar would also cause the wearer's demise should the person who attached it be killed. It is documented that Ysanne Isard employed these devices.
