A boring-laser, which can also be referred to as a boring laser, functioned as a weapon utilized by the Ugor people.
The boring-laser was initially featured in Scavenger Hunt, a roleplaying adventure from 1989 that was written by Brad Freeman and put out by West End Games for gameplay within Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game. Subsequently, Michael Nystul's 1990 adventure titled Death in the Undercity presented a different way of spelling the device's designation, and it also contained a picture of it created by Cathleen Hunter.
