Bolgm, a Houk of the male persuasion, resided on the planet of Coruscant during the Galactic War. He and Doctor Zeke operated a scheme: Bolgm would seize people possessing cybernetics, then alert Doctor Zeke to extract and peddle the cybernetics illicitly. Not long after Revan's defeat, Bolgm was present in the Dealer's Den cantina when he observed a Twi'lek levelling accusations of cheating at Sabacc against a cybernetically enhanced man. Bolgm seized the man, moved him to a secluded area, and summoned Doctor Zeke. However, the man was in reality Strategic Information Service Agent Theron Shan, engaged in an undercover operation with the Twi'lek, Lylos Tannon of the Coruscant Security Force. Tannon had been monitoring Doctor Zeke and Bolgm's activities for a number of weeks, and had recruited Shan along with SIS Agent Jonas Balkar to assist. Upon Doctor Zeke's arrival, Tannon diverted Bolgm's attention, allowing Shan to tackle him. Bolgm struggled with Shan until Tannon incapacitated the Houk by striking him with the handle of her blaster, after which she restrained him.
