Automated sidewalk

An automated sidewalk, which can also be referred to as a mobile sidewalk or a moving sidewalk, functioned as a pedestrian transportation system, moving people horizontally. These walkways were incorporated into the expansive New Republic senatorial complex to facilitate easier navigation between different areas of the building.
