Arta Kleidun, a female Twi'lek, operated a clothing shop situated within Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu. Not long after arriving in the outpost, the Resistance spy named Vi Moradi encountered her. Sporting a magenta kurta, Kleidun aided Moradi in her choice of a shawl that reflected the area's fashion.
