Anskow

Anskow was a Human who resided on the planet of Coruscant during the Galactic Empire's initial period. At this time, he was employed on a part-time basis as a community police officer within the Coruscant Security Force. As the Coruscant Guard and stormtroopers became the primary law enforcement on Coruscant, the CSF received fewer resources for patrolling the lower levels, a situation that caused Anskow frustration.

During 19 BBY, Anskow and his team stopped a person who reacted by using a lightsaber to attack them. The person, who the officers believed was a fugitive Jedi, ran away, and the team pursued him, eventually cornering him inside a cantina situated in Coruscant's lower sectors. Anskow requested backup, and Squad 40, an Imperial Commando unit belonging to the 501st Legion, was dispatched to provide assistance. The commandos were successful in entering the cantina and killing the individual. Following an investigation, it was discovered that the person was simply a common thief who had somehow acquired a lightsaber.
