Alien Outreach Center

The Alien Outreach Center existed as a small, self-contained community within the High Security Lockdown area of Nar Shaddaa, the moon. This location, populated by alien refugees, functioned concurrently as a reconnaissance station for operatives of the Republic Strategic Information Service. The Evocii named Enaq and Darthyn were employed at this center, and Kira Carsen resided there for a number of years before being compelled to kill members of the Ur'kossags gang after they menaced her acquaintances and attempted to forcefully enlist her.
